Sebastien studied yacht construction in France and began his career in Europe working for various shipyards and sailing schools. In 2006 he took a position which landed him in China where he's been ever since. Sebastien has managed numerous projects from multihull production lines to one-off racing yachts. His Chinese language skills and extensive experience made him a natural candidate to join HYM forces.
A graduate of the Landing School's Yacht Design program, Eliot brings extensive technical knowledge to the team. Before coming to HYM in 2013 Eliot worked for Leopard Catamarans and Green Marine in the UK. Eliot is responsible for the technical development of new models and the oversight of the engineering team.
James has been involved in the marine industry his entire life. A keen sailor and with a Degree in Naval Architecture, James works in our Engineering office making sure the boats are built to Morelli Melvin standards and requirements and that the custom variations are correctly designed and built.
Aka "JJ" cut his teeth in the boating industry whilst working as an engineer for Jade Yachts under the mentorship of Jim Normy from McIvor&Team. He gained further experience at Tayana Yachts where, as project manager he oversaw engineering and system design and customer liaising before joining the HH Catamaran team in 2016.

Yuchun joined HYM in 2010 as the Gunboat 60 Engineering Manager. In 2012 he took over as Production Manager on the Gunboat 60 line. Yuchun now manages production of the HH line.
Wesley graduated from the National Cheng Kung University in Taiwan with a degree is system & naval mechatronic engineering and went on to gain valuable experience in the yacht industry working for Horizon Group's custom build Premier Yachts. He joined Hudson Yacht Marine's research and development team in early 2015.
Howard joined HYM in 2010 and has lead the engineering department for the Pearl 75 and Jaguar 48 projects. He now runs the interior design office servicing all of HH Catamarans needs.
Riccardo joined the HYM team in 2012 after a successful 12 year boat building stint in South Africa. Ricardo was the mechanical systems manager on the Gunboat 60 projects and now oversees all mechanical operations for the HH line.

Jan has an extensive boat building history going back to the early days of Gunboat production in South Africa. He joined HYM in 2013 to lead the Gunboat 60 project and is now applying his extensive knowledge of performance cruising catamaran construction to the HH line.
HEAD OF SALES AND MARKETING
After graduating from the School of Management at the University of Canada in 2009, Jade began a career in sales and marketing involving manufacturing both in Asia and Europe. She joined HYM in 2013 and has helped to orchestrate the growth of the company as it's become a major force in international yacht building.
Paul has worked as paint manager at HYM since 2011. Previously he worked on projects that included the Gunboat 60 and the HH42.
Worked 2011 - 2012 as a translator and then moved to being Project Coordinator on the Gunboat 60 project. Her knowledge and input is invaluable to the HH brand.
