Chris started his own private jet charter company in 1986 and grew it to over 400 employees and with a fleet of 40 jets worldwide. After selling the company in 2000 he successfully campaigned his Farr 40 for 4 years, claiming gold multiple times including SORC. In 2018 he joined Hudson Yacht Group and bringing a wealth of industry knowledge and sales experience to the table, making him an invaluable member of the HYG team.
Bruce comes from an extensive background in Operations Management, formerly overseeing such projects as Grand Banks, Vicem Yachts, and Little Harbor Custom Yachts. His project and production management skills and high energy attitude are a welcome addition to the management team.
Thomas brings nearly 30 years of industry experience to his position as HH55 Project Manager. His career spanns the globe and includs a multitude of roles including captain, engineer, owner's rep and project manager. He's worked on extensive projects, including the refits of the Tango 60, "Martha Mercedes" and the super yacht "Mari Cha III", and three semi-custom new builds of luxury yachts ranging from 60 to 100 feet. Tom also acts as commissioning skipper, delivery and warranty service.
A graduate of the Landing School's Yacht Design program, Eliot brings extensive technical knowledge to the team. Before coming to HYM in 2013 Eliot worked for Leopard Catamarans and Green Marine in the UK. Eliot is responsible for the technical development of new models and the oversight of the engineering team.
James has been involved in the marine industry his entire life. A keen sailor and with a Degree in Naval Architecture, James works in our Engineering office making sure the boats are built to Morelli & Melvin standards and requirements and that the custom variations are correctly designed and built.
Aka "JJ" cut his teeth in the boating industry whilst working as an engineer for Jade Yachts under the mentorship of Jim Normy from McIvor&Team. He gained further experience at Tayana Yachts where, as project manager he oversaw engineering and system design and customer liaising before joining the HH Catamaran team in 2016.

Yuchun joined HYM in 2010 as the Gunboat 60 Engineering Manager. In 2012 he took over as Production Manager on the Gunboat 60 line. Yuchun now manages production of the HH line.
Riccardo joined the HYM team in 2012 after a successful 12 year boat building stint in South Africa. Ricardo was the mechanical systems manager on the Gunboat 60 projects and now oversees all mechanical operations for the HH line.
After graduating from the School of Management at the University of Canada in 2009, Jade began a career in sales and marketing involving manufacturing both in Asia and Europe. She joined HYM in 2013 and has helped to orchestrate the growth of the company as it's become a major force in international yacht building.
Paul has worked as paint manager at HYM since 2011. Previously he worked on projects that included the Gunboat 60 and the HH42.
