The Wynns choose HH Catamarans for their next boat.

HH Catamarans is excited to confirm that the ever popular Gone with the Wynns sailing YouTube channel have selected the HH Catamarans HH44 for their next boat.

Jason and Nikki Wynn are a couple of modern-day documentarians, perpetual travelers and story tellers. Over the past eleven years they have been chasing their curiosity around the world on wheels and keels. First in their motor home, and then shifting to life at sea in 2016. Since then, their YouTube channel has grown to over a half a million subscribers and they are the third most popular sailing channel on YouTube today (and growing!).

“On behalf of HH Catamarans, I want to welcome Nikki and Jason to the HH family,” says Seth Hynes, President of HH Catamarans. “Having been a YouTuber myself, I see great value in having the Wynns show the world how spectacular owning an HH Catamaran can be.”

Built in Xiamen China and Cebu Philippines, the HH44 is a disruptive new market entrant designed for those seeking the perfect balance of style, performance, safety and innovation. The carbon reinforced HH44 was designed from the ground up with electrification in mind and utilizes HH Catamarans “EcoDrive” Parallel Hybrid system. This system will give owner’s the option to use two 10kW electric motors to propel the efficient hulls of this new performance catamaran, or if they prefer, two traditional 38hp diesels. When combined with the efficient and lightweight construction, this performance cat is set to break new ground in the age old debate of sustainable yet reliable cruising.

“We are getting the HH44,” said the Wynns’ in their announcement video. When describing their initial thoughts about the boat, they said, “They [HH] arguably build some of the sexiest performance catamarans in the world… It’s a complete rethink on how catamarans are designed, especially when it comes to being self-reliant and really efficient tech.”

“The Wynns will be the proud owners of HH44 hull #03, and we are excited to see what they think of this new yacht,” says Hynes. “Part of our agreement with them is to provide a small discount in exchange for the organic publicity their videos will bring to the company, but it was important to both of us that they retain full creative freedom and share their honest experience of the buying process, the boat itself, and the after sales service they receive.”

Nikki and Jason will be selling their current boat and taking a short break from sailing until their new yacht is completed in mid 2023. Hynes concluded, “We look forward to working with the Wynns to build their dream boat, and watching their adventures onboard unfold in the years to come.”
