    Hudson Wang, HYM CEO

    Hudson is the founder of Hudson Yacht & Marine Co. Ltd. and Cebu Marine Industries Inc., builders of the flagship HH Catamarans brand. Every yacht is produced in wholly owned facilities under his direct oversight, ensuring full control over quality. With decades of factory management experience across industries and countries all across Asia, Hudson combines operational expertise with entrepreneurial drive. For Hudson, excellence is a non-negotiable standard, and his hands-on leadership ensures each HH Catamaran reflects the brand’s commitment to craftsmanship and performance.

    Arthur Wang, HYM President

    Arthur, President of HYM, leads HH production, innovation and quality assurance standards across both factories. With a Master’s in Electrical Engineering from UC Santa Barbara, he blends technical expertise with a passion for continuous improvement. Since joining full-time in 2023, he has optimized workflows, introduced advanced engineering methods, and strengthened a culture of precision craftsmanship that enhances performance, reliability, and customer satisfaction. Arthur’s experience and fresh perspective make him well-suited to lead HH into the future.

    Jeremy Thomas, Boat Building Director

    Jeremy joined HH in 2025 to oversee boat building operations in both the Xiamen and Cebu yards. Jeremy’s experience includes a decade of leadership in high tech boat building operations. He cut his teeth in the boat building industry working alongside Paul Hakes building carbon fiber race boats in New Zealand.

    Jade Wang, VP of Sales

    After earning her masters degree in Ottowa, Jade began a career in sales and marketing involving global manufacturing in Asia and Europe. She joined HYG in 2013 and has helped to orchestrate the growth of the company as it's become a major force in international yacht building.

    Chris Bailet, Sales / Service / Commissioning

    Chris has worked with HH since HH6601 launched in 2016. Chris has captained luxury performance cruising catamarans for 10+ years, and in addition to his on-water expertise, brings a wealth of project management and customer service skills to the program.

    Riccardo Marton, Production Manager

    Riccardo joined the Hudson Yacht Group team in 2012 after a successful 12 year boat building stint in South Africa. Ricardo was the mechanical systems manager on the Gunboat 60 projects and now oversees production of the HH factory in Xiamen..

    James Juan, Project Manager

    Aka "JJ" cut his teeth in the boating industry working as an engineer for Jade Yachts. He gained further experience at Tayana Yachts where, as project manager he oversaw engineering and system design, and customer service before joining the HH Catamarans team in 2016.

    Allison Nelder, Warrany Manager

    Allison is a lifelong sailor, and has been working in marine project management for over ten years. .She is a native of Sint Maarten, and now splits her time between Antigua and Nova Scotia. She brings the perfect blend of good vibes and a no-nonsense attitude to the warranty department, which she’s been leading since 2024.

    Andrew Klopstra, Logistics and Procurement Manager

    Andrew joined the HH team in 2022 and leads the logistics and procurement department for both factories.

    Linda Tseng, Project Manager

    Linda joined the HH Catamarans team in 2016 and has gradually worked her way up the ranks to now overseeing a team of project managers overseeing the HH52, HH56, and HH60 builds.

    Lauren Battaile, Marketing

    Lauren oversees marketing efforts in the US. She has been with HH since the launch of HH6601 in 2016. Her experience includes 20+ new boat commissionings, 40+ international boat shows, and seven Boat of the Year/Best Boat awards. In addition to marketing duties, she assists with new boat handovers, warranty and concierge services.
